The online gypsy deck is a cartomancy tool that uses the Kipper, a central European 36-card deck, in oracle mode: rather than the complete Grand Tableau, it offers brief readings (one, three or five cards) oriented to quick everyday advice. The deck has 36 numbered cards, each with a descriptive title and 19th-century central European life scenes: wedding, meeting, letter, illness, fortune. Numbering and symbolism are fixed and do not vary between historical editions, although illustrations have been updated by various designers in the 20th century.

They are different decks. The Kipper has 36 cards, tarot has 78. Reading techniques only partly overlap.
It is the historical name in Italian and German (Zigeunerkarten). Today many prefer "Kipper" to avoid stereotypes.
