Soul urge explores inner desire through the vowels of a name. Read it with something you would choose even without outside recognition in mind. Its symbolism can help distinguish a personal preference from an inherited expectation; it does not independently identify your actual needs.
The vowels of the full name are added together. The total is reduced while preserving 11, 22 and 33, including intermediate steps.
In ANA, the vowels are A and A: 1 + 1 = 2. N is excluded from Soul urge. With the same name, Personality uses N = 5 and the full expression adds 1 + 5 + 1 = 7. These are distinct sections and need not match.
Here Y counts as a consonant; only A, E, I, O and U contribute to Soul urge. If the name has none of these vowels, an absence message appears instead of an invented result.
Use the name you want to explore and keep the spelling consistent when comparing readings. Latin letters, accents, spaces, hyphens and apostrophes are accepted, up to 200 characters. Accents add no value; ñ becomes N, ß becomes SS, æ becomes AE and œ becomes OE. Changing letters can change the result.
11, 22 and 33 are conventions in this system, not measures of personal worth. Their readings include possibilities and tensions, like single digits. Personal cycles, shadow and the pair table use 1–9.
